Employment Law Solicitor Opportunity

Orchard Professional Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Employment Law Solicitor to join their dynamic and growing team. As a key member of the firm, you will provide comprehensive legal advice on employment law issues, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, TUPE, and employment contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal advice on employment law matters, ensuring clients receive the best possible outcomes.
  • Represent clients in employment tribunals and courts, utilizing strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
  • Manage cases from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings, witness statements, and negotiations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest employment law developments and related legislation, ensuring clients receive the most current advice.
  • Deliver exceptional client service, maintaining clear communication and addressing any client concerns.
  • Adhere to the highest ethical and professional standards in all aspects of legal practice.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law, with a proven track record of handling contentious and non-contentious matters.
  • Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
