Logistics & Supply Chain Operation Steerer Internship

Are you a motivated and committed student looking for a challenging internship opportunity? We are seeking a talented individual to join our fast-paced team at BMW Group Plant Hams Hall, Birmingham, as a Logistics & Supply Chain Operation Steerer Intern.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Steer the daily packaging flow between BMW and service providers.
  • Work on individual projects to drive process improvements.
  • Generate detailed analysis and KPIs to inform decision-making.
  • Independently plan and steer the supply of service and all-time parts to the customer.
  • Support the creation of weekly operations targets for the service provider.
  • Create and improve processes and underlying documentation.
  • Support the daily creation of customer deliveries.
Requirements:
  • Studying towards a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a similar field.
  • Prior experience in a related field is beneficial.
  • Excellent teamwork, organisation, and communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure with an eye for detail.
  • Self-directed work and ability to undertake a large programme of work.
  • German language skills are advantageous but not essential.
