  • Supervising shop floor employees to meet production expectations
  • Acting as the main link between sales and production teams
  • Providing customer service support to planning and sales teams
  • Identifying lean activities to improve efficiency
  • Liaising with managers to resolve production issues
  • Carrying out appraisals and training for direct reports

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Production Supervisor, Team Leader, or Manager
  • A background in mechanical engineering is preferred but not essential
  • Lean manufacturing or Kaizen experience is advantageous
  • A commitment to continuous personal and professional development
