Are you a results-driven Building Operations Specialist looking for a new challenge? Allstaff is seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our construction projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day site operations, including supervising contractors and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, including timesheets and invoices.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Prior experience as a Site Manager or Clerk of Works in the construction industry.
  • An excellent understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
  • A DBS check will be required for this role.
  • A full driving licence due to the location.
