Frontline Healthcare is committed to delivering high-quality healthcare services to our patients. We are now seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diagnostic Imaging Lead to join our team and contribute to the success of our Imaging department.
About YouWe are looking for an individual with a degree or diploma in Diagnostic Radiography and a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience within a multi-modality imaging department. The successful candidate will have a wide general radiographic background with expertise in one or more specialised area and knowledge of the healthcare service sector and the systems and processes used.
Key Responsibilities- To oversee day-to-day clinical service delivery in the Imaging department, ensuring effective deployment of staff and provision of a high-quality, responsive, patient-focused service.
- To maintain ongoing dialogue with Consultant Radiologists on all clinical aspects of Imaging service delivery and support the Director of Clinical Services (DCS) in ensuring sessional use is maximised.
- To support the DCS by attending meetings with Radiologists to discuss clinical and operational issues.
- To oversee a team of general radiographers with Radiation Protection supervisory responsibilities.

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
