At Turner & Townsend Group, we're seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Consultant - Construction Management, you'll be responsible for delivering CDM and H&S consultancy services from our Manchester office to existing and new clients. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, proactively identify solutions to their challenges, and ensure consistent delivery of service excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice on CDM and H&S management
  • Acting as Principal Designer and helping clients manage and understand their legal responsibilities
  • Managing all commissions to ensure client expectations and business management system requirements are met
  • Carrying out H&S performance reviews, audits, and ensuring consistency, quality, and profitability of shared projects

We're looking for a CDM and H&S Expert with extensive knowledge and experience within the Construction Industry, specifically around the CDM Regulations. You'll have a proven ability to meet client needs, and experience as a Principal Designer would be an advantage.
