About the Christmas Support Team Role:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic team member to join our Christmas Support Team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer fast and friendly service to all customers, assisting them in finding the perfect products
  • Share your passion and knowledge about our amazing products, driving sales and customer satisfaction
  • Keep the sales floors looking fantastic and easy to shop from, maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards
  • Work in all areas of the store as needed, including stockrooms and processing deliveries, to ensure efficient and effective stock management
  • Support and effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and managers at all times, promoting a positive and inclusive store environment
  • Take control of your own development, identifying areas for improvement and seeking opportunities for growth and learning
