As a Trainee Mastic Applicator, you will be expected to work flexibly, with working hours determined by the business needs. However, we offer full training, leading to an NVQ in Mastic Application, and bonus schemes to support your career progression. We estimate that this role can lead to an annual salary of around £30,000 - £40,000.
