Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Administrator to assist with day-to-day operations and smooth running of the sales team. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing organisational and administrative support to the Sales Team
- Supporting the Sales Team in selling properties, including completing client on-boarding processes
- Preparing sales materials, such as property brochures, window cards, and advertising copy
- Maintaining and updating the Sales database, ensuring all information is correctly uploaded
- Supporting diary management for the Sales Team
- Being the 'face' of the office, meeting and greeting clients and registering applicants when required
- Collecting necessary information for due diligence and anti-money laundering checks on buyers and sellers, ensuring compliance with current legislation
- Performing general administrative duties, including photocopying and digitally filing documents
- Ensuring the office is stocked with stationery, marketing materials, and other essential supplies
- Answering calls in a confident and professional manner
- Attending company events and assisting with setup as needed
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to high standards of quality service
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative position, with excellent organisational skills
- Experience in Estate Agency is advantageous
- The ability to present yourself professionally and handle public-facing roles
- Prioritisation and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
- A proactive attitude and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
