Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Administrator to assist with day-to-day operations and smooth running of the sales team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing organisational and administrative support to the Sales Team
  • Supporting the Sales Team in selling properties, including completing client on-boarding processes
  • Preparing sales materials, such as property brochures, window cards, and advertising copy
  • Maintaining and updating the Sales database, ensuring all information is correctly uploaded
  • Supporting diary management for the Sales Team
  • Being the 'face' of the office, meeting and greeting clients and registering applicants when required
  • Collecting necessary information for due diligence and anti-money laundering checks on buyers and sellers, ensuring compliance with current legislation
  • Performing general administrative duties, including photocopying and digitally filing documents
  • Ensuring the office is stocked with stationery, marketing materials, and other essential supplies
  • Answering calls in a confident and professional manner
  • Attending company events and assisting with setup as needed
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to high standards of quality service

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative position, with excellent organisational skills
  • Experience in Estate Agency is advantageous
  • The ability to present yourself professionally and handle public-facing roles
  • Prioritisation and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
