About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Systems Engineer Lead to join our team at Ramboll Environ. As a key member of our Power Systems team, you will be responsible for leading the development of power systems solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of power systems solutions for our clients, including feasibility studies, concept design, and detailed technical analysis.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in power systems engineering, including knowledge of energy network regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client projects, including project management, bid management, and due diligence activities.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, including mentoring and training.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, including new technologies, regulations, and best practices.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Power Systems Engineer Lead who has a strong background in power systems engineering and project management. You will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects and leading high-performing teams.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in power systems engineering, with a focus on project management and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of energy network regulations and industry standards, including DNO standard documents.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
