About the Job:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Helpdesk Technician to join our team at Cantium Business Solutions. As Junior Network Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring their IT systems run smoothly.

Key Skills:

  • Foundation in IT infrastructure, including hardware, databases, operating systems, and local area networks
  • Proficiency in Windows server environments, Microsoft cloud solutions (including Intune), and experience in storage, backup, and virtualisation architecture
  • Strong communication skills across all platforms and mediums

What We Require:

  • Experience with IT applications and service processes commonly used within the industry
  • A deep understanding of Windows server environments and Microsoft cloud solutions
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Salary and Benefits:

We offer an estimated salary of £23,000 per annum, including 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays and an additional day off at Christmas.
