About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious small animal Vet to join our team as Senior Veterinary Operations Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth and success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide exceptional clinical care and leadership to our team, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes and excellent customer service.
  • To work closely with the Practice Manager to develop and implement commercial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  • To proactively share best practices and knowledge within the practice and wider Medivet community.
Your Skills and Experience:
  • RcvS registered Veterinary Surgeon with experience in small animal practice.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive business growth through effective allocation of clinical activity.
  • Excellent coaching and influencing skills to motivate and support colleagues.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A comprehensive relocation package for candidates moving from outside the UK or more than 60 miles from their current UK address.
  • A full-time working pattern of 4 weekdays per week, with a fair weekend rota.
