About the Job:

As a Fluid Power Technician at Insignis Talent, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing complex fluid power systems. You will work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality repairs while meeting deadlines and adhering to customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on fluid power systems and equipment.
  • Repair and Troubleshooting: Identify and repair faults in fluid power systems and equipment.
  • Workshop Operations: Ensure the workshop is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and other workshop activities.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance initiatives to ensure high-quality repairs and maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Qualification: Relevant qualification or equivalent time-served experience in a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in hydraulics, mechanics, pipefitting, hose manufacturing, pump and motor rebuilds, and reading hydraulic/mechanical drawings.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to compile accurate service reports to a high standard.Estimated Salary:

Up to £22/hour
