About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Luggage Porter to join our team at Crimson Hotels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their luggage is handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests on arrival and guide them to the reception area
  • Handle luggage operations for groups and individuals for both arrivals and departures
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests to achieve 100% guest satisfaction

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Charismatic personality and natural flair for creating memorable experiences
  • Good command of the English language and excellent communication skills
