Spinal Injury Support Professional

The Libertatem Healthcare Group, part of Sonderwell, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Spinal Injury Support Professional to join our team in Llandudno, Wales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to clients who have sustained personal injuries or suffered from medical negligence.
Salary: £23.50 per hour (12-hour shifts)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Spinal Injury Support Professional to provide complex care to our clients. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You will be responsible for engaging with personalised routines inclusive of hoists, supporting independence and continued rehabilitation, managing neurogenic bladder and bowel care, completing daily living activities, administering medication, providing emotional support, and maintaining accurate records of care.
You will work closely with a range of healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care and maintain accurate records of care provided.
