Leading medical device manufacturer seeks highly skilled Business Manager to join their expanding UK team.

Salary: £45,000 + bonus and car allowance

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to develop long-term relationships with medical staff and clinical teams, driving business growth through new sales and strategic partnerships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong working relationships with hospital staff and medical professionals to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Plan and execute effective sales strategies, leveraging the company's innovative products to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the medical device market, staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for business growth and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to inform business decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales leadership or management, with experience in the medical device industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
