Acute Medicine Advanced Practitioner Role in a Dynamic NHS Trust

**About the Job**
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Trainee Advanced Practitioner to join our Acute Medicine team at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to patients. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing and diagnosing patients, prescribing medications, and developing personalized care plans.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Practice in compliance with your code of professional conduct and within your agreed scope of practice, being responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions, and omissions at this level of practice.
- Practice at a high level of clinical expertise in assessing and diagnosing patients who present to Acute Medicine.
- Demonstrate a critical understanding of your broadened level of responsibility and autonomy and the limits of your own competence and professional scope of practice, including working with complexity, risk, and incomplete information.
