Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fire Engineer to join our team in Peterborough. As a key member of our multidisciplinary consultancy, you will provide fire engineering services to a diverse range of clients.

The successful candidate will have experience managing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. A competitive salary package and excellent benefits are on offer.

Responsibilities:

  • Check and authorise fire engineering work
  • Deliver fire engineering reports for architectural and building services engineering teams
  • Manage projects from inception to completion
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve project goals

Requirements:

  • Degree in Fire Engineering or a suitable equivalent undergraduate or postgraduate qualification
  • Strong knowledge of UK legislation, standards, and regulations
  • Experience of undertaking EWS1 survey reports/FRAEWs
  • Understanding of DLUHC guidelines regarding external wall systems
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 (dependent on experience)
