Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concessions Manager to join our team in the UK market. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth through effective sales management, personnel management, and administrative management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Management
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and improve customer satisfaction
    • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures
  • Personnel Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed

  • Administrative Management
