Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Executive to join our dynamic team at Capilaux. As a key member of our property management department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our residential blocks.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of block management experience, preferably in London or a similar urban setting. You will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with leaseholders, residents, and contractors.

About the Role

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our residential blocks, including maintenance, repairs, and financial oversight.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and building standards.
  • Develop and manage service charge budgets, issue invoices, and handle financial reporting.
  • Chase overdue balances and manage Section 20 consultations, insurance renewals, and claims.
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational issues, minimizing risks and maintaining client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of block management experience, preferably in London or a similar urban setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with leaseholders, residents, and contractors.
  • Manual driving license (essential).
