Job Title: Project Manager - EV Infrastructure

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at The Recruitment Crowd (Yorkshire) Ltd. As a Project Manager - EV Infrastructure, you will be responsible for delivering major projects related to Electric Vehicle (EV) infrastructure across the London area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the delivery of EV charging hubs and grid connection projects in London.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and consistent service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with delivery managers, clients, sub-contractors, and support functions to ensure specifications, quantities, and risks are identified and agreed upon.
  • Ensure commercial responsibility for allocated projects and document control for project documentation and record keeping.
  • Develop and maintain compelling relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Actively contribute to continuous process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Strong coordination and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle various projects and clients.
  • Project management/processes experience, with previous experience managing rollouts across multiple sites.
  • Knowledge and awareness of continuous improvement within existing and new processes.
  • Experience within the ICP industry with good understanding of DNO process essential.
  • Strong Civils experience and knowledge as these projects will involve a huge element of Civil Engineering works.
  • Experience within the EV/utilities/electrical industries with good knowledge of project lifecycles within this industry.
  • Strong Project Management experience within a similar role, ideally within the electrical utilities industry.
