The successful candidate will manage and support our existing meeting/conference rooms, ensuring all equipment is in operational order and assisting staff with best practices and training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all audio visual and media services are delivered to the business in a professional and efficient manner
  • Take ownership of all AV issues onsite and be the single point of contact
  • Work closely with the help desk, office support, and new business
  • Provide support for onsite/offsite events
  • Support remote offices where possible and advise on best practices
