About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Paint Coater to join our team in Cheltenham, where you will play a vital role in the production process of paint and finishing applications for aerospace components.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Following technical paint instructions and processes meticulously
  
• Meeting production targets consistently
  
• Applying prime finish and top finish coatings proficiently
  
• Efficiently loading and unloading components
  
• Performing associated paint and processing functions diligently
  
• Demonstrating initiative in problem-solving
  
• Reporting unresolved issues promptly to the line manager
  
• Sharing technical knowledge with team members
  
• Participating in external audits and internal process improvement programs
  
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and documents accurately
  

Requirements:

• 
  
• Spraying skills are required, with training provided as necessary; attention to detail is crucial
  
• Adhering strictly to production, safety, and quality procedures
  
• Completing daily compliance checks meticulously
  
• Understanding of AS9100 and, where applicable, Nadcap
  
• Numerical proficiency
  
• Experience in aerospace or automotive paint spraying with knowledge of paint application procedures
  
• Ability to work accurately with keen attention to detail
  
• Strong communication and organisational skills
