Project Manager - Real Estate

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Real Estate team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading project management commissions, ensuring successful delivery of projects to time, cost, and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project management commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery.
  • Act as the key client interface, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time and cost targets.
  • Manage project planning, including the production of detailed project plans.
  • Advising on procurement of resources and leading cross-functional project teams.
  • Monitor and apply performance management techniques to improve project performance.
  • Manage change control processes and project finances.
  • Ensure the production of formal project progress reports and interface with clients and other consultants.
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
  • Proven experience managing Real Estate projects, ideally in a consultancy environment.
