Company Overview: The Recruitment Crowd (Yorkshire) Limited is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in a beautiful Nursing home in Pakefield. As a valued member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care services to our residents.
Salary: £22.25 per hour (negotiable), with enhanced rates of pay for bank holidays.
Job Description: As a Registered Nurse, you will work collaboratively within the team to ensure smooth operations, adhering to policies and NMC guidelines. You will engage in continuous professional development, participating in both internal and external training sessions, meetings, and supervisions. Key duties and responsibilities include:

2. Engaging in continuous professional development, participating in both internal and external training sessions, meetings, and supervisions.
3. Adhering to all relevant regulations, including those pertaining to health and safety, infection control, and safeguarding.
4. Representing the nursing home in a positive and professional manner in all interactions with residents, visitors, and colleagues.
5. Maintaining confidentiality regarding resident and company information.
6. Administering medications and treatments following NMC guidelines and company policies.
7. Reporting any resident health concerns promptly and facilitating professional visits as necessary.
8. Maintaining and updating residents' care plans in collaboration with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals.
9. Conducting regular checks on residents to ensure their health, safety, and comfort.
10. Acting in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery professional Code of Conduct.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have prior experience as a Registered Nurse, excellent communication skills, and excellent skills and knowledge of the job role. You must also be NMC registered with relevant post-registration experience.
