Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team in Dudley. As a key member of our residential support team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, and associated behaviors.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with our team to ensure the physical and emotional well-being of our residents. This will involve providing personalized support, promoting independence, and creating a safe and nurturing environment for everyone. You will also be responsible for helping our young people develop important life skills, such as communication, self-care, and social interaction.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience working with vulnerable individuals, particularly those with complex needs. A Level 3 qualification in Children's and Young People or equivalent is preferred, but not essential. What is more important is your ability to empathize with others, communicate effectively, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
