We're looking for an experienced Stock Administrator to take charge of inventory management, driving process improvements and streamlining operations.

About the Job:

  • Verifying and entering stock receipts onto CODAS systems, confirming delivered quantities, and processing stock adjustments.
  • Reconciling daily bulk stocks and investigating discrepancies, while maintaining accurate records.
  • Reviewing and developing processes for continuous improvement, implementing best practices, and ensuring adequate controls.

About Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Degree-level education in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
  • 2+ years' experience in stock management or logistics, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record in process improvement, data analysis, and stakeholder management.
