Are you looking to launch your career in property management? We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Property Manager to join our team at Spicerhaart in Cardiff, Wales.

About the Role

As a Trainee Property Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Booking and conducting property inspections
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
  • Co-ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
  • Deposit returns
  • Resolving rental arrears
  • Processing eviction requests
  • Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Managing complaints
  • Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports

  • Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm weekdays, and 9am to 5pm one-in-four Saturdays

You will begin your journey with one week at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, where you will receive:

  • Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions

  • Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre
  • Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay
