Job Overview

Sodexo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising multiple sites across West and Wales, ensuring that our cleaning services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate a team of cleaning staff to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard and within the given timeframe.
  • Conduct regular safety walks to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Oversee the ordering of stock and consumables, ensuring that all necessary items are available and that records are kept for compliance purposes.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to ensure they are confident and happy in their roles.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and work to deliver cleaning services that meet their expectations.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and adapt to change when needed.
