Project Manager - Real Estate

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Real Estate team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects that meet our clients' objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery
  • Act as the key client interface, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time and cost targets
  • Manage commissions of varying scale and value, depending on project complexity
  • Advising at a strategic level, including providing advice on approaches to achieve client objectives
  • Establishing effective project governance, processes, and systems
  • Project planning, including ensuring the production of detailed project plans
  • Leading and facilitating cross-functional project teams
  • Monitoring and applying performance management techniques
  • Managing project finances and ensuring prompt client invoicing
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing Real Estate projects, ideally in a consultancy environment
  • Strong project management skills, including strategic planning and execution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
