Job Overview

The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency. They will be responsible for ensuring that all production activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

This role will involve:

  • Leading a team of injection mould operators to achieve maximum productivity and quality;
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to reduce costs and improve efficiency;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address any operational issues;
  • Maintaining accurate records of production data and quality metrics.

Requirements

">

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in injection moulding or a related field;
  • Strong leadership and management skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25kg);
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
