Commercial Insurance Administrator Assistant

**About the Job:**
We are looking for a talented and dedicated Insurance Administrator to join our Commercial team in Warwick. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills and progress their career in the insurance industry.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Processing renewals, mid-term adjustments, and claims for allocated clients.
- Supporting Account Executives on new business opportunities, assisting with broking support for business presentations and securing new clients.
- Contributing to the ongoing development of our Commercial insurance offerings, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
- Collaborating with the Accounts Department on credit control matters, ensuring seamless communication and efficient processes.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in the insurance industry or relevant skills and passion for learning.
- Strong administrative and customer service experience, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Benefits:**
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £22,000 to £24,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a generous bonus scheme and comprehensive benefits package, including a pension scheme, life insurance cover, group personal accident insurance, and 25 days of holiday.
