Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure effective communication and integration of Elior's experience across all sites, supporting Site Managers and Service Champions as needed.
  • Drive financial growth through cost control, culinary excellence, and effective merchandising, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating results within site teams to exceed financial targets.
  • Oversee Site Management within the area to ensure proactive team management on site.
  • Recruit high-calibre site managers, develop their skills, and drive them to excel in succession planning, recruitment, training, and people development to deliver high-quality service.
  • Ensure ongoing team communications, including building strong internal and external relationships, management reporting, and client liaison.
  • Maintain proactive relationships with clients to exceed expectations and retain business.
  • Innovate menu planning and design within specified budgets, ensuring high standards of food presentation and portion/quality control across the area.
  • Plan, lead, and deliver effective mobilisation and demobilisation of contracts, coordinating with relevant support functions.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in contract catering, within a multi-site, management role.
  • Ability to demonstrate experience in leading, inspiring, and motivating a large and diverse team.
  • Proven experience of working closely and successfully with clients.
  • Confidence in numbers and P&L management.
  • Having a good eye for detail and strong commercial awareness would be an advantage.
