Exciting Opportunity for a Bank Clinical Pharmacist

Nuffield Health Chichester Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinical pharmacist to join our bank team. As a bank clinical pharmacist, you will have the opportunity to work on an ad-hoc basis, providing clinical pharmacy services to our patients and staff.

About the Role

We are looking for a pharmacist with a strong interest in surgery and a proven track record of delivering high-quality clinical care. You will be responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services to our patients, including medication management, patient education, and clinical decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality clinical care and advice to patients and staff
  • Provide medication management and patient education services
  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
