Data and Exams Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Data and Exams Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work across all four of our sites, with the option to be primarily based in one of our schools.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and data related to examinations and assessments.
- Develop and implement effective systems and processes to support the administration of exams and assessments.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to students, teachers, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth delivery of exams and assessments.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to exams and assessments.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of exams and assessment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
- A competitive salary, with a hybrid of G7 and 8 scale points 19 to 22.
- A term-time plus 10 working days throughout school holidays working pattern.
- A holiday allowance, resulting in a final salary equating to 46.754 paid weeks a year.
