We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Decontamination Process Engineer to join our Endoscopy Decontamination Team in the NHS. This role offers a competitive salary of £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

About the Job Description

This is a key role within the team, requiring the successful candidate to be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of decontamination processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and/or quality assurance.

The main duties of this role include:

  1. Designing and developing decontamination processes and procedures to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
  2. Implementing and maintaining decontamination processes and procedures across the team.
  3. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

  1. Leading the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
  2. Providing technical support to other teams and departments as needed.
  3. Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address decontamination-related issues.
