Network Management Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Management Specialist to join our team in Warwick. As a key member of our technical staff, you will play a crucial part in managing our strategic network and ensuring seamless service handovers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working to meet 99.99% network availability and management of customer incidents and faults within agreed SLAs.
  • Providing customer with a single point of contact for all queries and issues.
  • Managing1stlevel escalations and working to customer SLAs.

You will be responsible for undertaking or supporting rapid restoration of network fault resolution within SLA. This includes prior to critical service failures.

Requirements
  • A strong background in telecommunications engineering and network management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage customer expectations.

The salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you have the required skills and qualifications, please apply.
