The Role


This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable, modern, and vibrant law firm that is on the path to expansion, with plans to strengthen its office network by growing its commercial property team in Sheffield. As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing commercial property transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leasing, landlord-tenant relationships, financing, and residential conveyancing activities. You will work closely with the team to deliver outstanding results and contribute to the firm's continued growth and success.


The Ideal Candidate


  • A Commercial Property Solicitor with 1-4 years of post-qualification experience
  • Experience in managing commercial property transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leasing, landlord-tenant relationships, financing, and residential conveyancing activities
  • Proficient in meeting deadlines and targets while effectively prioritizing and managing a diverse workload
  • Skilled in collaborating within a team environment as well as taking initiative independently
  • Possess strong legal expertise and leadership capabilities, with a keen attention to detail
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
  • Exhibit professional and impactful communication with both individuals and business associates
