Faculty Leader

Kingston University is a leading institution in the UK, renowned for its excellence in teaching and research. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as Deputy Dean, playing a critical role in shaping the future of our Faculty.
The Deputy Dean will be responsible for overseeing academic, research, and knowledge exchange initiatives, as well as income generation within the Faculty. This will involve leading talent development, ensuring alignment with the Town House Strategy's strategic goals, and collaborating with central functions as a business partner.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership and a deep understanding of the higher education sector. They will be able to demonstrate their ability to cultivate a culture of excellence, improve the student experience, and enhance teaching quality.
