We're seeking a highly motivated and people-driven individual to join our team as a Performance Coach. As a key member of our sales journey, you'll be responsible for helping large and small organizations achieve their targets through employee development.
Your Mission
As a Performance Coach at FirstMind, you'll be a crucial part of our sales process, from lead sourcing to 1:1 development conversations with clients. You'll analyze talent profiles, educate clients on employee understanding, and ensure they achieve the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Arrange personal feedback sessions and intro-calls to help individuals act on their psychological strengths.
- Sell the value of employee development to clients, highlighting the benefits of deep insights into their employees.
- Coach and guide individuals to perform at their best by identifying their talents.
- Create powerful results for businesses through personal development and team workshops.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their day-to-day challenges.
- Enhance FirstMind's materials and learning platforms to support client success.
