About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Mergers and Acquisitions to join our team at mydentist. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth and expansion through acquisitions and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning and overseeing all acquisitions end-to-end, from origination through to negotiation, due diligence and completion and onto a growth programme.
  • Bringing a strategic view to lead generation and prioritisation – optimising strategic outcomes and value generation.
  • Working collaboratively and manage key internal and external stakeholders throughout the negotiation and purchase process, to ensure a smooth process and maximise success
  • Responsible for and present business cases to the Exec Leadership Team and Board to seek approval and sign-off
  • Building and leading a market-leading team to drive success and performance at pace
