Clearwater People Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Supervisor to join their team on an on-rolling contract.

The successful candidate will work for a growing company, within the Energy (M&E) Division, and will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and managing a team of mechanical engineers on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance and support in the installation of mechanical systems, pumps, pipelines, and related equipment.
  • Monitor and inspect work progress to ensure compliance with engineering specifications, industry standards, and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate and oversee all mechanical activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budget constraints, and quality standards.
  • Quickly address and resolve any mechanical issues or challenges that may arise during construction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Mechanical supervision, ideally in robust M&E projects in a healthcare environment or similar.
  • Strong planning, organisation, and monitoring abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Can prioritise work, work well under pressure, meet deadlines and manage business expectations.
  • Enjoy a challenge, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong orientation towards quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
