Producer (Digital Avatars) Job Description

Allen Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Producer to lead the development of digital avatars for a leading technology conglomerate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire production lifecycle for the Style 2 Avatars project, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality standards.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including artists, designers, technical partners, and Art Managers, to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project schedules and work plans, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a production role within the gaming or technology sectors, with a strong portfolio of successfully managed projects.
  • Strong knowledge of the creative and technical processes involved in digital avatar production.
  • Proficiency in using project management software, Google Sheets/Docs, and tools.

About the Role:

This is a fully remote (within the UK) role, starting out as an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. As the Producer (Digital Avatars), you will be responsible for driving projects from conception through to completion, ensuring exceptional communication and organization skills, and the ability to streamline processes and enhance team efficiency to achieve project goals.
