Job Title: Chef

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Compass Group UK. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet the needs of our clients and customers
* Oversee the kitchen and ensure that all food is prepared to a high standard
* Implement menu changes and identify opportunities to improve our food services
* Listen and act on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services
* Support with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts
* Represent Defence and maintain a positive brand image

Requirements:

* Passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
* City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
* Experience supervising a team
* Experience in a similar Chef role
* Food Hygiene certificate
* Flexible approach to working
