Project Manager - Prison Construction and Renovation

We are seeking a dedicated construction professional to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including prison construction and renovation, for Government Facility Services Ltd. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, utilizing their project management skills to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.

About the Role:

  • Manage multiple projects across a range of disciplines and establishments, from initial planning to completion.
  • Oversee project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Utilize project management qualifications, such as PRINCE2, to drive project success.
  • Prior experience in the public, prison, or defence sectors is highly desirable.
  • A valid driving license is required for travel to project sites.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
