Our Theatre Nurse / ODP role in Anaesthetics & Recovery at Nuffield Health Wolverhampton Hospital is an exciting opportunity for a registered professional to join our multidisciplinary team.

We are seeking a skilled individual with experience in anaesthetic and recovery environments, who can provide high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence-based.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising, supporting, and developing junior members of staff, as well as interacting well with colleagues on the ward to ensure continuity in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a close-knit multidisciplinary team
  • Work with leading consultants and like-minded professionals
  • Enjoy a varied caseload with state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and facilities
  • Supervise and develop junior staff members
  • Create high-quality care and patient experiences
  • Interact effectively with colleagues on the ward

About the Role:

This permanent, full-time position includes weekend work and offers a competitive salary of up to £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will work 37.5 hours per week and enjoy a range of benefits, including paid overtime and a cycle to work scheme.
