We are seeking a skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our Consumer Lending Engagement Squad. As part of this team, you will play a key role in developing and delivering targeted communications to our existing Credit Cards customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement multi-variant, personalized campaigns across multiple channels, including email and online platforms.
  • Ensure delivery formats meet customer and regulatory needs, including compliance with Consumer Duty regulations.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and agencies.
  • Manage approvals, feedback, and final sign-off of all communications using a campaign management system.
  • Accurately account for all campaign spend and understand Lloyds Banking Group budgeting processes.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a marketing background with experience in customer communication and content development across multiple formats and channels. You will also have strong production experience and knowledge of levers to deliver continual speed to market improvements.
