Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our Memory Assessment Service in Buckinghamshire. As a key member of our team, you will provide specialist nursing care to individuals with memory concerns and their families.

Main Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based interventions to individuals with memory concerns and their families.

Work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers to ensure person-centred care.

Requirements

  • Professional qualification as RMN or OT
  • Experience of working with Older adults in a mental health setting
  • Able to use own initiative when appropriate
  • Able to challenge and be challenged
  • Able to rapport build
