Mental Health Specialist Physician

Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Specialty Doctor to join their team in Sunderland. The successful candidate will work in a split post between Cleadon and Roker wards at Monwearmouth hospital, providing input into assessment and treatment of patients under the supervision of a consultant psychiatrist.
The role involves working with patients referred to the service, assessing their needs, and developing treatment plans. The doctor will also contribute to service improvements and development, working closely with the consultant psychiatrist, ward manager, and other colleagues.
