About the Opportunity

The Midcounties Co-operative is a leading childcare provider, dedicated to delivering high-quality care and education to our children. We are now seeking a skilled Cleanliness Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

As a Cleanliness Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our nursery environment. This includes:

  • Developing and implementing cleaning schedules
  • Inspecting the nursery environment to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with our childcare team to ensure a safe and healthy environment

You will also contribute to our mission to deliver outstanding care and education to our children.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g. environmental health, child development)
  • Experience of working in a childcare setting
  • Sound knowledge of COSHH requirements
  • Relevant safeguarding/child protection training

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive:
